Bentley-Ridge Community in Raleigh North Carolina

Bentley Ridge is a community just North of the 440 Beltline in Raleigh, North Carolina. It is conveniently located next to UNC Rex Medical Health Care Center, right behind Crabtree Valley Shopping Mall, and less than three miles from the PNC Arena (formerly RBC Center) - Raleigh's premier Sports and Entertainment venue and the home of the NC State Wolfpack Basketball and the NHL's Hurricanes. And of course the Carter-Finley stadium for the Wolfpack Football games is just next door to PNC arena, sharing the same Fairgrounds parking lots !

There is easy access to the Raleigh Beltline (440) as well as to interstate 40 through the recent extension of Edwards Mill Road, or directly off Ridge Road.

The total Bentley Ridge site covers 30 acres, and is a real mixed use development with community shops (the shops at Olde Raleigh Village are just across Edwards Mill), lunch places, medical offices, etc. ZIP code for the entire community is 27612.

The housing communities include townhomes, apartments and single family homes - with the majority being townhomes including luxury townhomes with individual elevators - a variety of choices with 2000-4000 sqft homes with prices ranging from $250,000 to $700,000. Because of the just-outside-the-beltline location, the walk-able distance to shops and restaurants, and the nearby health and medical offices, these housing communities are loved by retired and retiring people, and single professionals. Homes have steadily appreciated over the past years - a sounds investment.

Within Bentley Ridge there are multiple communities, including multiple types of homes and condominiums: The Brownstones Luxury Townhomes, The Courtyards Condominiums, The Oaks Condominiums, The Olde Towne Three Story Townhomes, The Vineyard Townhomes, and the The Bentley-Ridge Community.
